PAYMENT

We prefer PayPal but we will also accept BANK TRANSFER or CASH PAYMENT on collection.

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the item they are buying is the right one for their vehicle - refunds not given for incorrect items - If in doubt please ask. Any parts ordered in error are subject to 15% handling charge.

Like all internet sites all return postage will be at the buyer’s expense and we recommend you send the item via a traceable method with tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

RETURNS

Under the distance selling regulations, you are entitled to return your item within 14 days for a refund. If a return is necessary please contact us in advance so we are aware of the return.

We would kindly ask that all returns are in the original packaging, in the condition in which they were received and includes your original sales invoice. Please include your eBay User ID and a contact telephone number to ensure a swift refund process.

SIGNING

Please make sure someone is available to sign for the goods as a failed delivery will either mean you will have to pick up the item yourself or you will incur another charges. Re-delivery charge.
